Re: Ms Anna Dijana, Aged 42
I am writing to refer Ms Anna Dijana, who was diagnosed with Right proximal tibua fracture and lateral plateau fracture. She requires continuing care and on going assessment. She is being discharged today.
Ms Dijana was admitted on 15 July 2018 with complaint of right knee pain due to falling off stairs and unable to bear weight on right leg. She undergone surgery external fixator and fasciotomics performed.
Ms Dijana married with two children. She is school teacher. She has had seizure disorder for which recommended carbamazepine.
Additionally, educate about wound site infection and keeping the area sterile and clean, should avoid blankets and clothing out of reach the wound adviced any visitors of the same factors. In view of the above factors if you are find kindly notice.
