Re: Alicia Nesbitt, 6 days baby


Alicia, who was diagnosed with low birth weight and opioid dependence, is requires daily home visit for further up care food is been discharged today.


In 22 April 2016 child was delievered. There are no complaince found mother and baby heroin withdrawal was completed. During hospitalization weight increased into 2.2kg to 2.3kg. Appetite and poor bouding between mother and baby was observed mother name is Gemma. She always prompting to care for baby because drug and alcohol two involved in encouraging Gemm’s ongoing addition issue.


Baby Alicia lives with mother at maternal grandfathers house, mother is 20years old and 20 years ago heroin dependent. Estranged from father of Alice as alleged donestic violence towards her during pregnancy, therefore mother is single and recently worked as a sex worker. But her mother very supportive and their first child.


Based on the aforementioned circumstanes, eduate regarding safe environment, infant care, mother coping and psychosocial state. And also requires supportive care liaise with drug and alcohol team. It would be profoundly beneficial.
