Re: Ms Margaret Helen Martin, aged 81
Ms Martin who has been recuperating from angioplasty is required anticipated needs and followung discharge tomorrow.
Today, Ms Margaret got admitted to our hospital with the diagnosis of coronary artery disease, repeat angioplasty performed to bad coeliac disease, hypertension and hypercholesterolemia, which has been treated with aspirin, clopidogrel, metropolol, ramipril and atorvastatin. In addition to that there will overweight and wearing hear aid.
Post operativeky, catheter sit bruising was observed but there is no signs of infection and there will anxious about return home. Moreover, dietary and physiotherapy programmes have been advised and will be supported by her dietician and physiotherapy.
Mr Martin is single and lives in own house, financially independent but meet delivery services only is monday to friday (lunch and dinner), and orders frozen meals for weekend.
Based on the aforementioned circumstances, monitor his above condition and also daily home visit is required.
