Re: Mr Alfred Billy, aged 30
Mr Billy, who has been diagnosed with nodular basal cell carcinoma, requires continue care and management following his dicharge today.
Mr Billy was admitted to the hospital on 21 March 2010 and the skin biopsy is taken for pathological study. However the biopsy reports revealed that nodular basal cell carcinoma. the condiyion which can be treatedwith
panadein forte 500 mg for decrease the pain as well as on other complain was observed.
Mr Billy is atrunk driver and lives with his wife. he has habit of consuming liquor for the last 30 year along with cigrate smoker. In addition there will no past history about hospitalization and medication.
At present need to monitor his present condition and necessary education regarding medication to be continue for a week was advised.
Based on aforemention circumstances, provide him appropriate care and proper management fo above mention condition it woukd be profoundly beneficial.
