I am referring Ms Black is having difficulty in swallowing of solids food and concomitant gastric pain returns investigation and definitive management from your facility.
Presently, Ms Black is having difficulty in swallowing of solids food and concomitant gastric pain returns to the back as noticed. Therefore over the counter Chinese herbal production were commenced. But the medication content is not aware.
Ms Black recently had increased in the weight that is 1 to 2 kg was monitored. Apart from there will increased consumption of coffee was reported.
She had been suffered during childhood asthma, chickenpox and measles were informed. Medical history revealed tonsillectomy, hepatitis A (whole family infected), sebaceous cyst removed, whiplash injury and depression after separation from husband the condition was treated with fluoxetine. Consequently she had overweight with sought weight reduction, upper respiratory tract infection; indigestion as well as dermatitis can manage with oral and topical corticosteroids. In addition to that mother had hypertension and asthma however, father suffered peptic ulcer.
Ms Black work as a teacher and divorced. She is having two children at home and also habit of consumption of spirit.
Based on the aforementioned circumstances, she requires opinion and endoscopy procedure, it would profoundly beneficial.
